This approach borrows from the Human-Centered Design process but includes a more inclusive range of perspectives from the project’s foundation through its final phase. At the end of the day, purpose is like the emotional cousin of intention.

We indeed co-design with people, not on their behalf. But to ensure that our work achieves a lasting impact, we put purpose first. The people we serve have a seat at the table as equal stakeholders, and we support them in designing systems, policies, and campaigns that provide sustainable returns.

We begin with knowing who we fundamentally are as an organization before setting the tone for our creative process and our collaborative partnerships.

We put purpose at the center of our collaboration, and the solutions we design, while constantly regrounding ourselves in the values we hold close.

We’re also a proud Latina-owned agency. When our CEO, Cristina Vera, founded our company she quickly realized that the common thread in Vera’s work was the impact it had on marginalized communities. Anti-racist work that puts people first and embodies our creativity on purpose ethos. An ethos that guides the type of work we do and the partnerships we forge.
